Not at all! Most of our guests are first-timers. Our scooters are stable, beginner-friendly, and we provide a quick training session before the tour. Within minutes, most people feel confident and ready to ride.
No license is required.
Under ACT law, there is no strict minimum age to ride an e-scooter. However, we have a height restriction of 120cm and above only.
For our tours, we have an additional safety policy: all riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone in the group.
Our scooters are capped to safe speeds in line with ACT regulations (usually 15–25 km/h) and we ride at a comfortable group pace.
Tours are carefully planned to avoid this. If needed, our guides have backup arrangements so everyone completes the loop comfortably.
Yes, as long as it complies with ACT laws (max speed 25 km/h, road-safe condition). Please let us know beforehand.
